Born into fibrous plastering  through two previous generations, Luke has over 16 years experience and has fibrous plastering embedded in his genes! Luke is artistic and imaginative and has a flair for modern design... and the ability to take an idea from the drawing board, and transpose it into reality!!!!! Attention to detail is paramount to Luke! ........... 

Nigel has been involved in designing, manufacturing and installing fibrous plaster components for over 25 years! Now he is one of the front men in the company, and has that punchy driving force that helps push the Victorian Cornice Company from strength to strength!

Keiron is the guy that enters a room and raises a smile... He is very mechanically minded and extremely industrious...With 10 years experience in fibrous plastering and an incredible eye for detail Keiron is supervisor over the installation teams and still regularly installs on the more difficult projects.

Fibrous plaster installer Paul has been part of the team for about a year now. Previously he was building houses for some of the most prestigious building companys around. A position became vacant at the "Victorian Cornice Company".....he applied....and out shone all other applicants, with his personality, determination and hands on ability...! He is already showing potential and the signs of a highly skilled fibrous plasterer! Paul will always have a home within the Victorian Cornice Company!

Darryl came to work with our company 8 years ago after relocating from Blackpool where he had spent the previous 6 years working at another fibrous plaster business. He has shown honesty, integrity, skill and loyalty over the years and is now factory manager overseeing the casting shop and ensuring the workforce maintain the high quality processes the Victorian Cornice Company has become renowned for.

Witty and funny, a yes man... If a deadline has to be met Paul will make it happen! Paul has been with us for 2 years... He had previously been producing cornice for another fibrous  company  for 6 years that ran into difficulty and sadly laid him off. He applied for a position within our company and we agreed to give him a trial... He had developed a few bad habits from the previous compay he worked for but we were so impressed with his level of commitment we made his position permanent.  He has now honed his skills and prides himself in producing the Victorian cornice company some of the finest hand made cornice available today.
